Karlisle’s is a diverse business that offers a variety of services. Our knowledgeable staff are on hand to answer your questions in regards to baby goods, motor vehicles, modifications.
Below, you will find details for baby goods repairs and spare parts.
Apart from being the authorised warranty repairers for many top brands, we are an RTA Authorised Restraint Fitting Station with a complete workshop, where we perform work from a standard fitting, right through to supply, and installation of extra seating to wagons and vans. Karlisle’s specialise in modification to vehicles, wheelchairs and prams.
Attention All Staff
Staff need to read this letter and familarise themselves with the Karlisle’s repair form. All sections must be completed, so not to incur delays for your customer. Staff will also need to make sure that the repair is a warrantable issue and to inform the customer if found not to be, then they are liable for freight costs in addition to the repair cost.

Karlisle’s is also the Customer Service and Parts Agents for
WARRANTY
The procedure is as follows;
Use one repair form per repair or parts request.
All warranty requests will need to have the faulty item (complete with all parts) returned to Karlisle’s before repair, replacement or credit can be provided.
HOW TO SEND
Sydney Metro Only
Fax the completed form to Karlisle’s once the item is boxed, addressed and ready for collection. Karlisle’s will send a courier to collect the next work day.
DO NOT fax until item is ready & waiting for collection.
Outside Sydney Metro
The collection method of goods differ depending the brand and on your store location.
Fax the completed repair form to Karlisle’s once the item is boxed (as compact as possible), our staff will then be in contact with you, with the collection method. Any questions, just call one of our friendly staff.
AUTHORISATION NUMBERS
Baby Love, Peg Perego, Roger Armstrong, Bugaboo & Quinny are the only companies that require an RA Number. You will need to contact before sending any warranty requests.
You must include the RA number on Karlisle’s repair form before faxing.

NON WARRANTY
For all non warranty repairs and/or enquires, we recommend that you advise your customer to contact Karlisle’s directly. You will find this to be less of a problem for your staff and customer.
If you do choose to handle the repair, you will need to inform the customer, that there will be freight charges (regardless whether the repair is carried out or not) plus the repair charge. Karlisle’s will need to receive payment on completion, before item is returned. Karlisle’s does not operate accounts.
