The public are welcome to come directly to our workshop during our operating hours.

Karlisle's staff are not able to make appointments (with the exception of special needs & vehicle modifications).

Visiting for Baby Goods Repairs/Spares
Please refer to our Warranty/Non Warranty page.

We do not make appointments, but suggest that you ring on the day that you wish to visit to confirm if a repairer available to talk to you while here. We will then be able to inform you whether a repairer will be able to discuss your problem with you.

Please note: we do not repair while you wait, all items go into a queue.

Please be patient while waiting to be attended to, our staff will try to make your visit as short as possible.

Warranty repairs can be taken back to the store of purchase for them to send it in on your behalf or you are welcome to come into our workshop directly. You must ring your store receipt as proof of purchase. For warranty spare parts it is best if you come in directly with your store receipt. Please click here to download a Karlisle's Repair Form and bring it with you.

Non Warranty repairs or spare parts requests are dealt directly with Karlisle's. We will give you a job number and a repairer will ring you within 48 hours with your quote and a repair time-frame.

Airline/Insurance Damage Quotes. The damaged product will need to be brought in for us to assess. Verbal quotes have no charge, written quotes incur a fee of $25. Karlisle's does not have affiliation with any airline or insurance company. Quote fees and repairs will need to be paid for before supply.
