Ordering a spare part may not be as straight forward as you may hope. Spare parts are usually specific to a Brand and the Model and may not be interchangeable. This is why we need you to provide Karlisle’s with as much information as possible so we can answer your enquiry in a swift and professional manner.
Before you call or email, please try to obtain the following information. Do not let the list below deter you, try to provide as much as possible.
- Brand
- Model Name
- Model Number
- Type of product (ie. 3wheeler, High Chair, Stroller, Portable Cot)
- Colour name or code
- Date of Manufacture
- Store of purchase
- Clear description of part required or fault
